Mary Byrne, the owner and chef De Partie
I'm from Tipperary originally fell in to catering by accident.
In April of 1996, I started working in The Restaurant, Malahide Castle after Mr Fowler offered me the position of Food Service Assistant. I left the Castle to attend College. I was educated at the CERT Torc GSH, and the Galway Mayo Institute of Technology, and on leaving received a Distinction in Professional Cookery. |
